Someone Used My Project to Post a Fraudulent Listing

Hello! Seeking help here. I am requesting assistance from an IMDb moderator to delete a fraudulent title listing that was submitted to the database without my knowledge or consent.

This project was falsely submitted and listed as a "Short Film." This is factually incorrect and severely undermines the professional image of myself and my collaborators. We are industry professionals, and having an unreleased, unbroadcast spec commercial falsely categorized as a narrative short film damages our professional standing.

Reasons for deletion:

• Professional Misrepresentation: This is a spec commercial, not a short film. Leaving this up misrepresents our body of work to peers, clients, and future employers.
• It is an unreleased spec project: It has never had a theatrical release, was never broadcast on television, has never screened at a film festival, and has no official distribution.
• Fails public availability criteria: The project only exists on my personal social media page and my personal website. It is not available to the general public through any established media or retail channels. The Vimeo page the fraudulent listing links is private. 
• Unauthorized submission: The page was created by an unaffiliated third party without the consent of the copyright owner (myself).

Because the project does not meet the minimum eligibility standards for an IMDb listing and actively harms our professional reputations, I would appreciate an editor reviewing the case and deleting the page from the database.
