Spoiler was added by imdb to my review without my authorization

For my review of "Control Freak" (2025). IMDb added a spoiler without notifying me or getting permission. In over 100 reviews, I have never had this happen and I disagree that there are spoilers. How can I contest this or at least find out what the issue was so I can edit it so there are no "spoilers?"
