Submission accepted, but not online

Submission #260518-170335-100000 is shown as accepted in my Update History, but it seems to have been declined because I can't see the added cast member listed for the specific title. Given the fact this deals with an episode of a Dutch talk show and my submission is from 7 days ago, I think the chances of someone deleting the credit are very slim. 

Can a staffer look into what happened here please?
