submission declined despite not being part of episode

I have tried a couple of times to delete Dymar Angileri from the Additional Crew list for episode #2 of "How to get to heaven from Belfast" because he only worked as part of the Malta Unit for episodes #3-#6, which he was correctly credited for all 4 episodes he worked on.

The screenshots for those 4 episodes were attached to their submissions and approved.

It was declined as "Unable to verify" maybe because I couldn't attach a screenshot showing a name that wasn't there.

Can someone please review it to help sort it out?

I couldn't attach a screenshot because his name wasn't included for this episode.

I did add screenshots for the 4 episodes he was named in and they were approved.

@leylandtiger- You can attach the credits. In any case, as well, you can further reference (more specific) the other episodes on the explanation.

OK, I think referencing the episodes where a credit exists e.g. numbers 3 to 6 would be easier than attaching screenshots of all the credits for a episode/show.
