Submission rejected for "Badly formatted"

I have tried to add two cast members to an episode of an unreleased project by uploading a call sheet. I'm not sure I did that properly or if the character name I used was the problem.  I put "Actor" because it is kind of a spoiler if I put the actual character name.  Maybe someone has some input?
