Submissions not uploading

You will need to provide more information for anyone to be able to help you. By 'not uploading' do you mean you do not get a Submit button? Do you click Submit and nothing happens? Do you submit and get the response with a reference number but the tracking shows the submission as pending for a long time? Do you mean that you submit and after a while the tracking shows that your contribution has been declined? We have different identifiers here from on the IMDb site and I do not know if staff can always find your submissions from your identity here.
