Submissions rejected

I’ve had three submissions rejected, seemingly by an automated system. How can I get a real person to look at them instead?

Hi Charlie_c-

In order for our staff to be able to review, can you post the 18-digit submission reference for these 3 contributions?

Cheers!

@Charlie_c - Thank you! Further reviewing the first and third submissions were re-submitted. As per the second one, we have further investigated and corrected the character name.

For future reference on providing additional supporting evidence for filmography credits, you can review our following Help Guide.
