Submitting a character name that is surrounded by quotation marks (to denote assumed/false name) in on-screen credits

Consider https://i.postimg.cc/FFJqTVDD/Image1.png Noel Bradley's character is credited as 'Sally Thompson' (surrounded by single quotes). It used to be possible to submit this and for the quotes to be preserved. Now the form validation removes them, and likewise for double quotes. Is there a way to include them, or does IMDB no longer want this information?
