Submitting a contribution to correct a film soundtrack listing

Three times now I have submitted a contribution and three times it has been declined due to its being 'badly formatted", but you get no detail of what is wrong with the formatting. Can anyone spot what is wrong with the formatting of this entry? It's a correction to the soundtrack of Billion Dollar Brain (1967). I submitted this text: "Symphony No. 11 in G minor, Op. 103" (uncredited) Written by [link=nm0006291] [Excerpt played in concert hall scene] It appears in my contribution history as: "Symphony No. 11 in G minor, Op. 103" (uncredited)Written by Dmitri Shostakovich [Excerpt played in concert hall scene] ("Dmitri Shostakovich" appears as a link). Thanks

Hi Sandy_99 - Can you also post the 18-digit submission reference number associated with your recently declined submission?

Hello Sandy_99, The submission was wrongly formatted, I recommend to correct formatting and re submit: https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/titles/soundtracks/GKD97LHE9TQ49CZ7?ref_=helpsrall#

Well, yes, I know it was wrongly formatted - I already noted that that was what the response was to submission. What I didn't know, was exactly what was wrong with the formatting. Never mind. Thanks for taking the trouble to reply. I solved the problem and my submissions have now been accepted.
