These two pages refer to the same episode of The Ron Paul Liberty Report and must be merged. The system will not allow me to make the merge myself because the two titles are already identical. The only difference is that one of them is mis-capitalized. I tried correcting the capitalization of the duplicate, but the system did not prompt me to approve a merge request.
I'm having the same issue with the following:
