Systematic duplicate entries for post-1989 Columbo TV movies / Seasons 8–10 episodes

I would like to report a systematic duplicate issue affecting the post-1989 revival run of Columbo (1971–2003).

The Problem

During the ABC revival (1989–2003), 24 feature-length Columbo installments were produced. On IMDb, these currently exist simultaneously as two separate listings:

1. Standalone TV Movie entries (legacy additions from the 1990s/2000s).

2. Episodic entries nested inside the main series "Columbo" (1971) [tt1466074] under Seasons 8, 9, 10.

This has fractured user ratings, cast/crew credits, trivia, and reviews between two separate pages for the exact same media.

Another Minor Problem

The main series entry "Columbo" (1971) [tt1466074] states its years are 1971-1998. If the ABC installments are (correctly) treated as Seasons 8, 9, 10 of the main series, then the years should be changed to 1971-2003.

Suggested Resolution

Could an editor review and perform a batch merge across these duplicate titles?

Standardizing either into the parent series ("Columbo" (1971)) or consolidating the credits and user data into the definitive entries would resolve this database fragmentation and ensure user reviews and ratings aren't split.
