Solved

The BBC has lost the trust of IMDb

It's worse than we thought for Britain's once most trusted news and information provider. Not only have they lost the faith of an increasing number of the public, who are cancelling their licence payments in record numbers, but they have now lost the respect of the world's most comprehensive movie reference site. Which, as an aside, let's not forget, itself began in Britain! Today, they have let it slip to me that they no longer regard the Corporation as a reliable enough source to add new titles 250722-205008-455000 I have resubmitted with the BFI link added, so let us hope that the British Film Institute is not also going down the same road of mistrust!

Hi Michelle I have unmarked your reply as an Accepted Solution, as it has been declined again - even with the BFI and a direct YouTube link to the programme itself included - 250723-164523-296000 However, in the meantime, it has been added to the database in a much more truncated form, without the complete cast and crew that I included - tt37674880 Very weird things going on with submissions lately!

@Vande- Hi, Thank you for posting the information! Taking a look, the title was in progress of being created, so in this case, the resubmission of the title got caught during this same creation. So two separate people just happened to be adding the exact same title from 42 years ago at the exact same time? With chances like that, IMDb should be in the gambling not the movie business!
