The on screen credit rule for (archive footage) for documentaries and talk shows
In the archive footage guide (https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/filmography-credits/archive-footage/G4X4TVH6HXYBW8WM?ref_=helpart_nav_13#), the first and most important rule is that if someone is "credited on screen", the appearance qualifies for an (archive footage) listing on IMDb. In the credit order guide (https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/filmography-credits/credit-order/G8QZ9QSY5EVKAPNF?ref_=helpms_helpart_inline#) it is said that for documentaries and talk shows, identification via spoken name also means an appearance is credited.
Am I right in assuming that this means that for documentaries and talk shows, the "on screen credit rule" means that an appearance qualifies for an (archive footage) listing on IMDb if the person is credited on screen but also if the person is only identified via spoken name? If so, can this be added to the "on screen credit rule" please?

Hi @Marco -
I will need to confirm with the appropriate team.
In the meantime, to clarify so I understand correctly, an example scenario, is that there is say, a documentary film about The Royal Guard and there is an external clip/footage of Queen Elizabeth and a voiced mention of her name, but she is not credited on-screen for her appearance on the film. Is this a correct scenario?
