The original names of some anime don't make sense

I understand that, in general, Japanese works use Hepburn to romanize the name, but in some cases this doesn't make sense.

In Pokémon, for example, it's known worldwide that the intention is to say "Pocket Monsters," when the original title shown is "Poketto Monsutâ," which doesn't quite correspond to reality.

In some cases, the original Japanese logo even contains the romanized name, as is the case with Anne Shirley. Even with the logo containing "Anne Shirley", the original name on IMDb is An Shârî (tt34702901).

I understand and support the use of Hepburn to romanize Japanese words, but I believe that in works where the correct romanization is widely known or is in the official logo, the correct approach would be to use the official romanization.
