The same location with multiple variations

I've just been making a contribution but whilst adding the location, there are multple variations of the same place. Is there anyway that you could merge these locations into one entry. Montréal, Québec, Canada - This should be main location. The other entries are :- Montreal, Quebec, Canada Montréal, Quebec, Canada MONTRÉAL, Québec, Canada Montreal, Canada Many Thanks.
