Title Change issue

Hi IMDB community! A film I have directed that is nearing completion (not yet premiered publicly) is changing titles from "The Spotter," to "Kaishaku." I went through the title correction process on the IMDB edit page. But, the corrections team actually flipped the correction and kept "The Spotter," as the main title but have "Kaishaku" listed as the original title. Which is backwards from the requested correction. Also, since the movie has not premiered publicly anywhere, and when it does, it will do so with the "Kaishaku" title, can't "The Spotter" be removed altogether with no need to mention it as an original title?
