Title Correction Approved But Hasn't Changed

Hello,

I recently submitted a title change for a project on IMDB. The contribution was approved (maybe 3 days ago), but the title has not changed. Can someone assist me with this, or let me know when the change may take place? The contribution number is #251118-173030-460000Cheers,

Chris

Hi Fran, I'm sorry to bother you, but I made a mistake with the title correction. I've just submitted an updated correction (with an explanation) and the available public links to the title. It's meant to match the client's campaign hashtag and should read "I am an Athlete." The hashtag emphasizes the importance of the person who may not be a professional athlete, but mirrors all of the qualities and traits of one, making the audience, and more importantly, themselves, believe that they are indeed an athlete. Please let me know if this is possible. Best, Chris

Hi Maya, I hope all is well. I'm sorry to bother you and the team. Somehow, I made a mistake when fixing the title. I left off the brand name at the beginning of the title. It should read "Kimurawear: I am an Athlete." I accidentally only wrote "I am an Athlete." I've sent in a new title correction form. Here is the link to the contribution - 251128-145945-836000I would appreciate it if you or someone on your team could help with this. My apologies for the mishap!Best, Chris

@christopher_eadicicco- I was taking a look at the images and the reason why that second one was set as primary is because it was submitted as a Poster image. While the first one or the rest are set as still frames which this cannot be set as posters.

The images have to align with our Poster guidelines, I recommend to review our following Help Guides:

Hi Maya, Thanks so much for getting back to me. So, the first image in the set I shared has always shown up as the poster image on IMDB, not the latest one. I did not add that one or set it as the poster. Is there a way to revert to the original image, or remove the poster image entirely until a proper one (which may not exist) can be displayed? The image set as the poster is the end card from the commercial, not the right size or image for the commercial's poster. Let me know what you think!

Best,

Chris

@christopher_eadicicco- You're welcome! I have unset that image as the primary as poster images have to align to our guidelines. Once there is a proper poster as you mentioned, you can submit it and make sure the type is selected as poster.

Hi Maya, Awesome! Thanks for doing that. When we create a poster that aligns with IMDB's guidelines, I'll add it to the page when it's available. Thanks again for adjusting the images.

Have a great rest of your day!Best,

Chris

Hi Maya, I hope all is well. I appreciate all the help you and the IMDB team have provided me. I'm back with a quick question. I notice that on some IMDB profiles, work that has appeared on the internet appears in the "Other" category, which separates film work from video and music video work. Is it possible to move my commercial work (non-TV) into the "other" category in my directing section? For example, the following works would be shifted to the "other" category - BetterHelp - Friendly AdviceBetterHelp - You Should Take Up GolfBetterHelp - Just Smile More

Kimurawear - I am an AthleteJ.P. Morgan - Trade and Working CapitalNate - Magic in Your Hands This work only appears on the web or a website. Please let me know your thoughts. Best, Chris
