Title correction

When I correct a title, the incorrect title remains at the top of the page, and the corrected title appears in small print under the "original title" heading. How can I permanently delete the incorrect title and replace it with the correct one? For exemple this contributions : 250808-124644-914000 250806-071359-015000 Thanks !
