Title Deletion

I am attempting to delete title https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7617048 for the below reason. Clicking edit page, there is no option for title deletion for this film. Please delete is possible. Rian Johnson confirms in this interview (https://www.rollingstone.com/tv-movies/tv-movie-features/rian-johnson-poker-face-last-jedi-knives-out-1235379849/) that this project has not in the past, nor is it currently in any sort of development process, and no script or idea has ever been created. I was able to successfully submit deletion requests for titles https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7618096 and https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7618100 which are currently being reviewed.
