"Track Contribution" button missing on "Update History" on Awards

@Kristin​ No sorry, awards is one of the few categories which has no tracking owing to its behind-the-scenes complexity.  It appears that the CS team are unaware of this and the help is misleading too.  We will arrange to have the help text updated.  You can only tell if an awards submission is still pending by comparing the date of your contribution vs. the date of the oldest waiting submission in the various awards categories on https://contribute.imdb.com/times

Awards , what am I supposed to put in the "Attribute" field after title?

Don't know if I am blind, but I can't see where on the help page it says what to put here?

It should say after point 9 in the help guide. 

Can the info be added in the help guide if it's not there?

"Joint winners" etc, it says on the form (after the red text) should be put in the "Supplementary info" field, so it can't be tat type of info that goes in the "Attribute" field after "tilte"

Thank you for the information! To answer your questions above regarding awards: 

2. The "Optional" text has always been there for the "Comments" section. Yes, you are correct, this is where you add the evidence for awards. For awards, it is optional to add evidence but we strongly encourage it to be submitted as this will help with the approval process.

3. This Help Guide you linked was outdated and it has now been updated respectively. The 'Data Source' field was the 'Comments' section but this has now been fixed to reflect how it looks on the awards contribution form. 

4. For the attributes section, for the title, this can be left blank. For recipients, we allow attributes such as (director), (actress), (sound mixer), (editor) and so on. As for companies, we allow (production company) to be the only attribute added in this section. 

I have pass this feedback along to the respective team to review the addition of an 'Attributes' section to the Awards Help Guide.
