Trailer Upload To Movie Page. Scorecard

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a help. I have an IMDb Pro account, but unfortunately not a Scorecard account, and I'm unable to upload trailers for my last three films. And as I know Sign up is unavailable for Scorecard. If anyone here has a Scorecard account and can help me please?
