Trivia submission warning cites non-existent policy

The following warning appears when submitting Trivia items:

Problem is, the linked Trivia Style Guide contains absolutely no mention of any required point of view for Trivia items.

The closest it gets is saying that they should be written in present tense, which is unrelated to point of view (formally known as grammatical person).

If IMDb staff believes this is a rule that should be followed, which is implied by the warning above, then I think it should actually be stated in the cited rules.
