Trivia submissions for House of the Dragon season 3

I believe there has been a major error for the pages for House of the Dragon season 3. I just noticed that almost all of the trivia and goof items for episode 1, and all of the items for episodes 2-5 of have been deleted, this includes both items I submitted and other user's submissions. I just resubmitted #260714-012128-427000, but perhaps someone could look into the others please?
