Trouble deleting countries from poster #11

In submission #260120-153320-313102  (among others) I tried to delete the country Italy from this poster of Dutch gossip program RTL Boulevard: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0385459/mediaviewer/rm197020672/ 

This program never aired outside of the Netherlands, nor was it promoted there.

Can a staffer fix this please?
