Trouble deleting countries from poster #12

In submissions #260217-115440-675402 and #260221-171749-831702  I tried to delete the country Spain from this poster of a Dutch show: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5917962/mediaviewer/rm579341056/ 

This program never aired outside of the Netherlands, nor was it promoted there.

Can a staffer fix this please?
