Trouble removing a cast member from a TV episode

My reason for deletion: “Not in episode”

Staff reason for not removing the person: Unable to verify.

Your contribution has been declined. We have been unable to verify your contribution.

This person is only seen in a preview for a future episode, and is not shown or credited in the episode proper.

So I re-submitted with a more detailed explanation, and included a link to where the staff can watch the episode to verify:

So I tried one more time with a similar description, and 6 (!!) different links to where the staff can watch the episode to verify:

Without a better rejection reason, one can only assume that they've watched the episode, saw the person in the preview clip and decided that they were "in the episode", even though they aren't actually in the episode proper, nor were they credited.
