Trying to delete duplicate entry for person with same name

Hi! I have a credit wrongly attributed to my IMDb page. It's 'Permanent Dream,' says I was an Associate Producer. But it is actually a different Kelly Pratt who worked on it. That other Kelly Pratt also has the credit on their IMDb page. So Permanent Dream has two producers named Kelly Pratt. I've tried deleting the credit from my page but IMDb wants evidence. I'm just not sure how I am supposed to provide evidence that I didn't work on a show?
