Trying to find out what section to place a credit

I was watching the movie short "Alice Jacobs Is Dead" on YouTube and I found a credit for a person whose job is listed as "Titles and Animation". I would like to add the person to the IMDB as they are not currently listed there. Would they be credited under the Art Department or Visual Effects sections of the IMDB or someplace else?
