TV Cast Submissions Declined

I've just had 2 series level cast submissions declined. I appreciate they should ideally be added at episode level, but I don't know which episodes the person appears in. They are for the same person - Rebecca Bradshaw (nm12932951), and in both cases the titles are listed on her Official Website (https://rebradshaw.com/?page_id=73) and also there are screencaps & clips available on her website & Official YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/@Arabecca/videos). I've noted as such in my submissions. If I could find the episodes to watch I'd confirm which specific episodes but they are unavailable at this time. Surely series level info is better than missing the credit completely? The submissions are: #250824-104921-144000 #250824-095541-178000

Hi lopek- Thank you for providing the submission reference numbers! Further reviewing and as per our guidelines, episodic credits need to be added to the respective episodes the person appears in and not the parent series page. https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/filmography-credits/how-do-i-add-an-episodic-credit/GRRHUZAQPQV4T2F9?ref_=helpsrall# If there is further information of this person's appearence on the specific episodes, you are welcome to re-submit them to those respectively. Cheers!

I appreciate that is the ideal, but as stated both in my submission and in my post - but you seem to have ignored - I don't have the information which specific episodes the person appears in. I don't have the episodes available to watch to check. But the evidence I provided clearly shows that the person appears in the show. When submitting the site states: This data should be submitted to specific episodes. We only accept series level data if it cannot be attached to a specific episode. If your data is episode-specific, please submit it to the relevant episode(s) instead. This case clearly applies to "if it cannot be attached to a specific episode" so after providing evidence how is that not accepted? As stated before, surely it is preferable to have the credit information at series level - that maybe someone can subsequently improve if they have access to the episodes - than have the credit missing completely. Note: Both series have series level cast that have previously been accepted. What's changed?
