Two companies need merging

Cast & Crew Entertainment Services [us] has a 179 titles in its IMDb file as [co0070811].

It is public knowledge that this company has offices in California and in a few foreign countries:

However, IMDb keeps another file for apparently a different company based in Canada, [co0462593] with 100 titles more. I say, apparently, because it may have started with a confusion between CA for California State, and CA for Canada. In another request about company mergers, IMDb made it clear to me that SUBSIDIARIES are to be treated as different companies from their group head, but that is not the case here.

Cast and Crew Entertainment Services only has offices abroad, not subsidiaries, as per their own public assessment.

The number of files involved make it impossible to me to go correcting them by hand, therefore, I request that IMDb staff please merger the "CA" company into the proper one, the "US" company.
