Two images with bars/frames not deleted

According to the image guide (https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/images-videos/image-guidelines/G27LPBQZA7EAZGJW?ref_=helpms_helpart_inline#), "Bars or framing around the outside of the image" are NOT allowed in images. For that reason, I tried to delete these images: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0067408/mediaviewer/rm4062057728 and https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0061265/mediaviewer/rm1685883392/ but my contributions were declined. Was this in error or does IMDb have a different idea of bars or framing than I do?
