In this case, in order to remove the other duplicate name page, you are welcome to submit a name merge through our online Update form. 

For more detailed information on how to merge name pages, I encourage you to review the following Help Guide. You can scroll down to the third point: "You have two name pages for the same person, how can I merge them?" where you will find the instructions below. Once the updates are submitted, our editors will take a look.
