Two years of incorrect credits and no help from IMDb

For over two years I’ve been trying to amend incorrect credits on my IMDb page. I even paid for IMDb pro so I could use their customer service. Nothing has helped, I get copy and paste replies saying 'IMDb's policy is not to alter or delete factual/correct information'. And yet it's INCORRECT information I'm trying to change. Two years and no progress has been made! This is hurting my career and I can‘t get anyone at IMDb to help!
