unable to delete wrong credits of mine

https://www.imdb.com/name/nm9944363/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk

Incorrect credit on Crime Patrol Dial 100: I’m listed as First Assistant Director on 10 episodes, but I never worked on this show.

I’ve submitted deletion requests twice, both rejected as “Unable to Verify.”

I watched the episodes myself, and none of them contain any Assistant Director credits at all, so there is no on-screen credit screenshot I can provide.

How can I provide proof and get this incorrect credit removed?

Hi ROHIT2JULY-

In order for us to review, can you post the 18-digit submission reference number for this rejected contributions?

Cheers!

Thank you for your response. I understand the policy. However, I am not requesting removal of correct information; I am requesting the correction of an inaccurate credit. I would appreciate it if you could please review the matter and advise what evidence is required to correct it.
