Unable to edit recipients in an award because field is not showing up correctly in any of my browers

When I attempted to edit the award the field under "recipients" seems to be broken and will not allow me to edit it or add information. There are two who are recipients for the award: Alexis Evanoff (writer/director) and Desiree Carillo (writer/executive producer), as well as a company that should be added to the award: Alexis Evanoff Productions. What can we do? Is there a way for these to be added?
