Russell Harty, episode 2.7. There's a cast credit for "Ronnie Scott" in it, but he's not credited in the show. I submitted screenshots to show this (hard with a non-existent credit) and they got rejected.

Today I created and uploaded A VIDEO COPY OF THE END CREDITS. Still rejected as "unable to verify".
