Unable to remove old film credit

There is only one film associated with my name which has key art, and that is a bloody dead body. My IDMb page is a top result of a Google search. I've submitted for IMDb to remove the credit, as I am not acting and trying to moderate my online image, hoping the admin team here would assist with this. However, they are "unable to accept your submission as we were unable to verify the information provided." Submitted a third time requesting this, but I am unsure what to do if rejected again. Any help appreciated.

gromit82: I'm experiencing a similar issue. Are you aware of a direct support email for IMDb?

Hi Maya, thanks for the reply. This may be an easier fix. My concern actually appears to be in a Photo I'm tagged it, it's the actor listing on the title. I just chose to remove my tag/name form the image. I trust this can be verified, as my image/likeness does not appear in the Photo, even in print. I'm not bothered by my association with the film itself. Also, there is duplicate 'Brendan Nagle' IMDb listing which has credits that could go my main listing: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm14160590 I submitted a correction request, to credit my main page: Credit mistakenly applied to Brendan Nagle (IV) on IMDB - nm14160590 ... and I don't understand the declined reasoning: "ReasonDoes not meet contribution guidelines." How can I get these series credited to my main page? They are more recent, associating to my page is accurate (you can remove the (IV) listing. Any advice and support here is appreciated!

@nagleb- Your welcome! If these credits on this other name page belong to you, you can submit a name merge instead. For more detailed information on how to merge name pages, I encourage you to review the following Help Guide: https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/names-biographical-data/how-can-i-combine-two-imdb-name-pages/G3TNPWSGKZNRU3MP?ref_=helpsrall# You can scroll down to the third point: "You have two name pages for the same person, how can I merge them?" where you will find the instructions below. Once the updates are submitted, our editors will take a look. Cheers!
