Unable to update podcast with new episodes

Is anyone else having issues with adding new episodes to your shows? I run the Math Science History Podcast and have tried numerous times to add new episodes, but they keep being rejected and then declined. It is odd, because we already have five seasons listed. We are now on season seven, but are unable to indicate this on IMDb.

Thank you for replying! Yes, here they are. We noticed this started once we began adding season 6 episodes. The reasons for decline are: Does not meet eligibility criteria.
