Unable to verify credit

Submission #231108-142141-005000 (though I have made multiple other attempts). I am trying to log my credit as an assistant on this particular show - I was employed by the production from the very start of prep until post (2 years) and definitely have a credit across all 8 episodes. however every time I attempt to submit, the credit is rejected due to inability to verify. I have uploaded payslips and my contract of employment, but still my submission is rejected and I can’t understand how/why. other people on the crew have been able to add their credit without providing this evidence also, so I’m confused why I’m having to do so.
