Unable to verify credit
Submission #231108-142141-005000 (though I have made multiple other attempts).
I am trying to log my credit as an assistant on this particular show - I was employed by the production from the very start of prep until post (2 years) and definitely have a credit across all 8 episodes.
however every time I attempt to submit, the credit is rejected due to inability to verify. I have uploaded payslips and my contract of employment, but still my submission is rejected and I can’t understand how/why.
other people on the crew have been able to add their credit without providing this evidence also, so I’m confused why I’m having to do so.

I have checked on the submission however the evidence does not seem to be working. Do you have a more recent submission number? if not, you can re submit the credits and add the evidence to the contributions, once submitted you can post the submission number in this post for me to take on your behalf.
