"Unable to verify" despite screenshot provided

I'm trying to resolve a TYPO due to which a role was mistakenly attributed to the wrong actor. I provided a screenshot of the mistake, and yet it was declined as "unable to verify".

The credit for a role in "Na Sygnale" episode 4x11 should go to Adam Slawinski (with an "l"), not to Adam Skawinski (with a "k"). I provided a screenshot of the ending credits of "Na Sygnale" episode 4x11, with "ADAM SLAWINSKI" outlined. https://imgur.com/MskpFM3
