Uncredited acting Cameo in Anora keeps getting denied

I have tried multiple times to add an uncredited cameo I made in Anora, but it keeps getting denied.  I have uploaded screen shots of my scene, my name listed in the Special Thanks in the credits, SAG-AFTRA earning report, even the email from the producer asking me to make the cameo...and it continues to be denied!  I appeared in Sean Baker's first film Four Letter Words, and he asked me and several other of the actors to make uncredited cameos in Anora.  My scene literally starts off the movie and I have lines, so not sure why it's being denied, even as Uncredited. The character I played in Four Letter Words is "Art" so we have used that name for this uncredited cameo.  Anything?

Hi fBerman-

In order for our staff to review, can you post the 18-digit submission reference number for this credit contributions?

Cheers!

fBerman: If the character name "Art" is not spoken in Anora, I would advise using a description for your role instead of a proper name, so that people can identify you without having seen the other film. Think along the lines of "Headquarters Customer in Blue Shirt" or something like that.

Hi @fBerman,

Apologies for the inconvenience you've experienced so far.

For further guidance to the comments above, we would also recommend submitting a separate "Thanks" credit if your name appears in that separate section of the on-screen credits. Additionally, if your appearance as an actor, whilst having lines (and as @gromit82 has advised, the character name is not mentioned) yet is not credited on-screen, you will need to give a description of your character rather than a character name.

Please re-submit your uncredited actor credit (and thanks credit) as advised above, and copy your new 18-digit submission reference to this thread, and we'd be happy to review your contribution again. You can find submission references in your Contribution History.

Cheers!
