Uncredited submission keeps getting declined

Hi there! I've been trying to submit for an uncredited job I did (handwriting artist) for an existing production (Running Point: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14879018/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_0_tt_8_nm_0_in_0_q_running%2520point). I uploaded a copy of my contract with Warner Bros and added it to the comment field of my submission, but it keeps getting rejected as not meeting contribution guidelines. I've looked through the submission guidelines and I'm not sure what else I can do to provide proof? Do I need to get my producer involved somehow? Please let me know.

Hi nkicroft-

Thank you for posting the submission reference number! I have taken a look and I can see that the credi request was to added to the parent series.

As per our guidelines, "Credits on episodic TV shows must be submitted as additions to individual episodes of the show, rather than to the main parent listing for the series."

I would recommend to make this corrections, add the supporting evidence and re-submit it so that our editors can take another look.

For further detail information and instructions on how to add episodic credits, you are welcome to review our following Help Guide.

Cheers!

@Maya Hi there! Gotcha, so even though I'm the only person doing it for the series as a whole, I will need to submit it for individual episodes one by one?

You can add credits to multiple episodes. See https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/filmography-credits/how-do-i-add-an-episodic-credit/GRRHUZAQPQV4T2F9?ref_=helpart_nav_12#multipleep for details. For the show you mentioned you will have to select season 1 rather than 2025 because only one episode has a date.
