Uncredited voice actors - NOT dubbing credits

Hi there are Japanese Seiyu (voice actors) that worked on a anime series but are not credited in the ending credits. How does imdb handle these credits? 

also there are voice actors that worked on Goosebumps (1995) are not credited in the ending credits. How does imdb handle these credits? can they be added if we have a source?
