Unique cases again, I presume?

I tried to delete two photos that are duplicated on an episode of Keeping Up Appearances (see www.imdb.com/title/tt0619170/mediaindex/), but my contributions were declined. Are these yet again "unique" cases? (it seems IMDb and I have a different definition of the word "unique"). These are the contribution numbers: #250713-154008-300402 #250713-154117-245702
