Update Credits

Hello, I need to have an incorrect credit removed from a project I line produced. I've put in numerous requests but they keep getting denied because they "cannot be verified" despite my upload of the DGA approved credits for the project. I'm wondering if there are any other documents I can include that might help to verify the credit is incorrect? Or what can I do to help verify that this is indeed an erroneous credit? Thanks,
