Update is being done on the wrong person

Submission 250417-015211-993000 is being done on the wrong Justin Henry. It's currently slated for nm3747385, but should be for nm0377888. To be clear, when submitting the update, I was on the correct one, but the automated system 1. says it's a name update (it's a photo) and 2. assigned it to the wrong one.
