updating cast

I have submitted a correction over 10 times now at this point. I have uploaded the updated poster, i have uploaded the cast marketing posts, i have uploaded the social media cards that were sent to the actors to promote. and every time it's getting rejected stating you can't verify the information. how hard is it to verify a different person and name on a different promotional post?! If i very specifically state rebecca johnson replaced judy green for the role of nellie and i upload all those things how is this still being rejected?? if i say that an actor is no longer attached to the project whatsoever and i provide the new cast photo, how is that not able to be verified and rejected?!
