Uploaded a poster, status shows as approved for publication, but image doesn't appear on the title's page.

I recently uploaded a poster for one of my films. The status shows as approved for publication, but the image does not appear on the title's page. It's been around 48 hours. I uploaded several other posters for other titles and they all went live within a few hours.
