Use of AI in reviews

Once again I have flagged reviews of of Dune 2 that had been produced by AI. I put them through three separate AI detectors and they all confirmed that the text had not been written by a human. Once more the notifications have been declined; the fake reviews stand. Can the people dealing with this be given some training please? It's very easy to detect using online tools. Contribution Confirmation #250511-145533-210121 100% of this "review" is AI-generated. Contribution Confirmation #250511-145315-535521 40% of this one is AI-generated while the rest is human-enhanced AI. Many thanks if someone could look into this.
