Use of AI

I flagged a review of Dune 2 that had been produced by AI. I put it through three separate AI detectors and they all confirmed that the text had not been written by a human. The notification was declined; the fake review stands. My question is, does this mean that IMDb now has a policy of allowing fake reviews that the "poster" has had no input into writing?
